现今,就业创业教育越来越受到重视,培养大学生的就业创业能力不仅是建设创新型国家的关键途径,也是缓解就业压力的重要途径.为提升人才培养质量,该文结合北京化工大学生命科学与技术学院就业创业教学体系改革人才培养模式,形成了"构建一个机制、强化一个意识;依托两个阵地、建设两个课堂;协同三支队伍、推进三个融合"的"1+2+3"就业创业教育体系.
Abstract
Nowadays,more and more attention is paid to employment and entrepreneurship education.Training college students'employment and entrepreneurship ability is not only a key way to build an innovative country,but also an important way to relieve employment pressure.In order to improve the quality of talent cultivation,this article combines the reform of the employment and entrepreneurship teaching system of the School of Life Science and Technology at Beijing University of Chemical Technology,forming a"1+2+3"employment and entrepreneurship education system that"constructs a system,strengthens one consciousness;relies on two platforms,constructs two classrooms;coordinates three teams,and promotes three integrations".
