摘要
学生学习成果是人才培养质量的充分反映.开展学生学习成果评价对促进学生成长发展和改进人才培养工作具有重要意义.但在实践中,学生学习成果评价存在着评价指标不全面、评价方法不完善、评价方式不丰富等问题.该文从构建涵盖德智体美劳全要素的评价指标、突出过程评价和增值评价、建立动态监测机制等方面改进和完善学生学习成果评价模式.
Abstract
The learning outcomes of students fully reflect the quality of talent cultivation.Conducting evaluations of student learning outcomes is of great significance in promoting student growth and development,as well as improving talent cultivation.However,in practice,there are problems with the evaluation of student learning outcomes,such as incomplete evaluation indicators,incomplete evaluation methods,and insufficient evaluation methods.This article improves and perfects the evaluation model of student learning outcomes by constructing evaluation indicators that cover all elements of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor,highlighting process evaluation and value-added evaluation,and establishing a dynamic monitoring mechanism.
