行业特色院校大学生创新能力培养模式研究——以湖北汽车工业学院高分子材料专业为例

为提升学生的创新创业能力,该文针对现行培养模式存在的问题,通过行业调研,明确了专业人才创新能力培养目标。基于此,通过构建"一体贯通"教学体系、搭建"两翼协同"资源平台以及实施"专创融合"、产教融合、科创融合三重融合,形成了高分子材料专业"123"创新能力培养模式,有效提升了"双创"教育教学效果,提升了学生创新能力和综合能力,使行业特色院校人才培养质量得到有力保障。
Research on the Cultivation Model of Innovation Ability for College Students in Industry Characteristic Colleges and Universities—Taking the Polymer Materials Major of Hubei University of Automotive Industry as an Example
In order to enhance students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities and address the existing problems in the current training mode,industry research had been conducted to clarify the goals of cultivating professional talents'innovation abilities.Based on this,the"123"innovative ability training model for polymer materials had been formed by constructing an"integrated and interconnected"teaching system,building the"two wing collaborative"resource platform,and implementing the triple integration of specialty innovation,industry education integration,and science and technology innovation integration.Therefore,the teaching effectiveness of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education have effectively promoting,and the students'innovative and comprehensive abilities have enhancing,what is more,effectively ensuring the quality of talent cultivation in industry-specific colleges and universities.
