智能建造创新型人才培养探索与建议

在建筑工业化的时代背景下,智能建造是实现传统建筑业由劳动密集型向技术密集型转变的必由之路。目前,我国正处在智能建造发展的大潮中,存在巨大的人才缺口,探索科学合理的智能建造人才培养方案成了高校教育工作者关注的重点。该文在分析智能建造人才培养现状的基础上,结合智能建造学科特点,以提升实践和创新能力为核心培养目标,对智能建造人才培养进行了探索,提出深度开展校企合作、开展项目制教学、以智能算法为课程核心的人才培养改进建议,并就智能建造毕业设计内容进行了探讨,以期为智能建造创新型人才培养提供参考。
Exploration and Recommendations for Innovative Talent Cultivation in Intelligent Construction
In the age of architectural industrialization,intelligent construction is the inevitable path towards transforming the traditional labor-intensive construction industry into technology-intensive construction.Currently,China is experiencing a wave of intelligent construction development and faces a significant talent gap.Therefore,exploring scientific and rational talent cultivation programs for intelligent construction has become an urgent priority of attention for university educators.Based on the analysis of the current state of talent development in intelligent construction and the unique characteristics of the discipline,the cultivation of talents in intelligent construction is explored by emphasizing practical and innovative abilities.Suggestions for enhancing talent development are proposed through fostering deeper school-enterprise cooperation,implementing project-based teaching methods,and integrating intelligent algorithms as a fundamental component of the curriculum.Additionally,the content of graduation design in intelligent construction is discussed to provide valuable insights for innovative talent cultivation in intelligent construction field.
