Factor Analysis of the Training System for Migrant Workers Returning Home to Start their Own Businesses from the Perspective of Transformational Learning Occurrence Theory
Based on the dynamic demand of migrant workers,this paper explores the mechanism of transformational learning of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses,combining with Jack Mezirow's transformational learning theory.Based on the theory of transformational learning,this paper designs the evaluation indexes of the effect of entrepreneurial training on migrant workers'transformational learning when they return to their hometown.According to the method of factor exploration,this paper extracts four public factors that affect the transformation learning of migrant workers'Entrepreneurship:initiation factor,promotion factor,in-depth factor and action factor.
