Research on Strategies to Improve the Teaching Ability of Teachers Majoring in Chinese Language and Literature in Private Universities from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts
This study analyzes the current teaching ability of teachers majoring in Chinese language and literature in private universities and finds that teachers have insufficient teaching experience and the quality of dual teachers needs to be improved.Faced with the new requirements of the new liberal arts for interdisciplinary integration,practical ability,and information technology application,the construction of teacher teams in private colleges and universities is still relatively weak.Therefore,this study proposes strategies such as strengthening training in updating teaching concepts,building diverse practical teaching models,promoting the integration of information technology and teaching innovation,and establishing a teaching ability improvement mechanism to improve the teaching ability of teachers majoring in Chinese language and literature in private universities and meet the needs of the new liberal arts the requirements for talent cultivation are of great significance to promoting the implementation of new liberal arts concepts.
