Innovative Practice Path of College Employment Guidance System Based on Career Adaptability Theory
The number of college graduates continues to rise every year,and more and more college students need to face employment challenges.Improving their career adaptability and coping skills from a personal level has become an important means to ensure the smooth employment of college students.At the same time,in order to cope with the changes in the job market,higher education institutions must provide effective career guidance to students in a timely manner to enhance their adaptability.The theory of career adaptability has brought new perspectives to the research of college career education,deeply exploring the meaning and practical significance of this theory,and promoting innovation in the employment guidance system of universities based on this can provide clear guidance for the practice of career planning and employment guidance in universities,to assist college students in their future career development.
