"专创融合"课程建设和实施是培养高素质创新创业型专业人才的重要环节。校企合作、产教融合"双师团队"共同开发建设及应用推广的线上线下混合式教学课程咖啡制作,基于产教融合视域,深度挖掘产业资源和平台,将创新创业元素贯穿课程建设及实施全过程,从而形成具有产业特性,满足行业企业对创新创业人才的需求,培养并提升学生创新创业意识、创新创业心理品质、创新创业精神、创新创业能力的"专创融合"课程。
Practical Study on the Construction of Specialization and Innovation Integrated Courses in Vocational Colleges Based on the Integration of Industry and Education—Taking the Coffee Making Course as an Example
The construction and implementation of specialized and innovative integrated courses are important links in culti-vating high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial professionals.The online and offline blended teaching course coffee making is jointly developed,constructed,and promoted by a"dual teacher team"of school enterprise cooperation and industry education integration.Based on the perspective of industry education integration,it deeply explores industrial resources and platforms,and integrates innovation and entrepreneurship elements throughout the course construction and implementation process,thereby forming a deep industrial characteristic that meets the education needs of industry enterprise innovation and entrepreneurship professionals,cultivating and enhancing students'innovation and entrepreneurship awareness a specialized and integrated course on the psycho-logical qualities,spirit,and abilities of innovation and entrepreneurship.
