该文探索艺术设计类拔尖人才培养的方式及模式，形成具有特色的设计人才培养模式，以现代学徒制为基础，建立选拔机制，选拔大二学年优秀学生进入设计中心或设计工作室，以项目为引领，校企协作开展师徒制育人，以企业设计流程开展教学，以商业设计作品要求为教学目标，通过校企合作，将设计作品转化为市场商品，参加设计竞赛及创新创业实践，形成了基于现代学徒制的"产学研服赛创"艺术设计类拔尖人才培养模式，形成了"项目设计、技能竞赛、设计综合""三线并行"的教学方式，具有一定的学术价值和应用价值。
Research and Practice of"Industry-University-Research-Service-Competition-Creation"Cultivation Mode of Art and Design Top Talents Based on Modern Apprenticeship System
Explore ways and modes of training top talents in art and design,and form a design talent training mode with special characteristics.Based on the modern apprenticeship system,a selection mechanism is established to select outstanding students to enter the design centre or design studio in the second year of college,to carry out the teacher-apprentice system in collaboration with the school-enterprise with the project as the leader,to carry out the teaching with the design process of the enterprise,to take the requirements of the commercial design works as the teaching goal,to expand the school-enterprise cooper-ation in the transformation of the design works into the market commodities,and to expand the works to take part in the design competitions and the innovation and entrepreneurship practice.It has formed the"industry-university-research-service-competi-tion-creation"art and design talent cultivation model based on the modern apprenticeship system,and formed the"project design,skill competition,design integration""three parallel"teaching methods,which has certain academic value and application value.
