Research on the Teaching Reform of Labor Relations Management Course from the Perspective of Classroom Revolution
Classroom revolution is not only a change and innovation in classroom teaching,but also a revolution in thinking and concept,transforming from the original"teacher teaching"to student-centered learning.In the teaching reform of the course of labor relations management,we adhere to the principle of"student-centered"and construct a teaching model that integrates ideological and political education with"on-the-job course certification competition".We adopt situational experiential teaching methods to stimulate students'interest in learning,strengthen their sense of responsibility and participation,and fully create high-quality and efficient classrooms to help cultivate high skilled talents in labor relations management in the new era and achieve the high-quality development goal of vocational education.
