高质量发展既是实现中国式现代化的本质要求，也是构建"双创"教育体系的必然选择。中国式现代化赋予"双创"教育体系高质量发展的基本内涵是育人为本、提质增效，而其内容框架则包括由人才培养模式、科技成果转化机制、创新创业平台、支撑保障体系组成的"四维结构"。符合高质量发展要求的高校"双创"教育体系必须依循这一基本内涵，做好内容建设，才能更好地培养创新创业人才，形成人才辈出的良好局面。
Reflections on the Construction of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System from the Perspective of High-Quality Development
High-quality development is the essential requirement for achieving the Chinese path to modernization and also the inevitable choice for constructing an innovation and entrepreneurship education system.The fundamental essence of high-quality development in the innovation and entrepreneurship education system,bestowed by the Chinese path to modernization,lies in putting students first and enhancing quality and efficiency.Its content framework includes a"four-dimensional struc-ture"composed of talent cultivation methods,technology achievement transformation mechanisms,innovation and entrepreneurship platform and support and guarantee systems.An innovation and entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities that meets the requirements of high-quality development must adhere to this fundamental essence and focus on content construction,in order to better cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and create a favorable environment for talent emergence.
