工程教育非技术能力培养体系的改革与实践

非技术能力培养在工程教育专业认证中起重要作用,是推进以学生为中心的高等教育教学改革的基础工作,是学生综合素质提升的有效抓手,也是学生培养过程中的难点。该文结合大连海事大学测控技术与仪器专业的探索实践,分析如何优化面向工程教育专业认证的非技术能力培养体系,探讨课程方案制定、多元化教学方法设计、重点培养环节强化、评价方法设计等问题,以期为相关专业的建设改革提供参考。
Reform and Practice on the Cultivation System of Non-technical Ability in Engineering Education
The cultivation of non-technical ability plays an important role in the engineering education accreditation.It is the basic work to promote the student-centered teaching reform of higher education,an effective way to improve the compre-hensive quality of students,and also a difficult point in the process of student cultivation.Based on the exploration practice of the measurement and control technology and instrument major in Dalian Maritime University,this paper analyzes how to optimize the non-technical ability training system for the engineering education accreditation,and discusses issues such as curriculum formu-lation,diversified teaching method,strengthening of key training sections and design of evaluation methods,in order to provide reference for the construction and reform of related majors.
