基于信创人才培养的实验室管理与维护——以常州大学为例

目前,国内很多高校建设信创实验室,开设信创类课程。常州大学在校企深度融合共建信创产业生态方面进行了大量有意义的探索,并积累了较为丰富的参与信创产业生态建设、实现校企共赢发展的实践经验。该文以常州大学为例,分析了通过加强信创实验室管理与维护,将信创课程融入传统课程,从而为学生提供全面的信创实践条件,更好地培养信创人才。
Discussion on Laboratory Management and Maintenance Based on the Cultivation of Information and Creative Talents—Taking Changzhou University as an Example
Currently,many universities in China are constructing information and innovation laboratories and offering infor-mation and innovation courses.Changzhou University has conducted significant explorations in the deep integration of universities and enterprises to jointly build an information and innovation industry ecosystem,and has accumulated rich practical experience in participating in the construction of the information and innovation industry ecosystem and achieving win-win development between universities and enterprises.This article takes Changzhou University as an example to analyze how to strengthen the management and maintenance of information and innovation laboratories,integrate information and innovation courses into traditional courses,and provide students with comprehensive information and innovation practice conditions to better cultivate information and innovation talents.
