Analysis of the Construction and Evaluation of First Class General Education Courses—Case Study of Emergency Management Course in Xuzhou University of Technology
General education courses can cultivate students'civic awareness and sound personality,cultivate scientific literacy and humanistic spirit,improve professional abilities and qualities.The construction of first-class courses has put forward new requirements for general education courses in universities.This article elaborates on the construction experience of the emergency management course at Xuzhou Engineering College from the aspects of teaching mode,teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation.It summarizes its characteristics and construction effects,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the integration of ideological and political elements,increasing practical teaching content,and constructing a complete curriculum system standard in the construction of first-class general education courses.
