Exploration and Application of Project-Based Teaching Reform of Professional Courses in Higher Education Based on BOPPPS—Take the Course of Heating Engineering Technology as an Example
BOPPPS teaching mode is a kind of teaching objective-oriented and student-centred teaching mode.Combining the characteristics of professional courses in higher education,the BOPPPS teaching mode is explored and practiced with the course of Heating Engineering Technology as an example.The overall design of the Heating Engineering Technology course is introduced from three aspects,including analysis of the learning situation,teaching content and teaching strategies,and the overall teaching implementation process before,during and after the course is detailed.The effectiveness of the teaching implementation is evaluated based on the teaching effects and characteristic innovations,and reflections and improvements are made on the practice of the model.The course practice shows that after the project-based teaching reform based on BOPPPS,the classroom teaching effect has been significantly improved,and the students'learning initiative,independent learning ability and sense of solidarity and collaboration have been significantly enhanced,which provides a reference for other professional courses'teaching reform.
