大学生就业竞争力为检验高校人才培养质量的直接标准，其在求职就业阶段很大程度上直接决定毕业生未来就业去向，也间接反映出用人单位在择人方面的标准和观念。基于培养大学生就业竞争力形成的"四驱四融"稳就业人才培养模式，充分发挥政府引导、企业导向、家庭配合、学校主导优势，建立政府、学校、企业、家庭"四驱联动"，积极拓展校政企家共育新途径。高校应进一步扮演好桥梁与纽带角色，做好"专思""专创"、校政、校企"四融结合"，切实提升大学生就业竞争力，进而缓解当前就业压力。
Exploration and Practice of"Four-Drive and Four-Integration"Stable Employment Based on the Cultivation of College Students'Employment Competitiveness
As a direct criterion to test the quality of talents training in colleges and universities,the employment competi-tiveness of college students directly determines the future employment direction of graduates to a large extent in the employment stage,and indirectly reflects the standard and idea of employers in selecting talents.Based on the cultivation of college students'employment competitiveness,the"four-drive and four-integration"stable employment talent training mode gives full play to the advantages of government guidance,enterprise orientation,family cooperation and school dominance,establishing the"four-drive linkage"of government,school,enterprise and family,and actively expands the new way of co-education of school,government,family and enterprise.Colleges and universities further play a good role as a bridge,doing a good job in integrating of professional education and ideological and political education,professional education and innovation and entrepre-neurship education,school and government,school and enterprise,effectively enhance the employment competitiveness of college students,and then alleviate the current employment pressure.
