Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Cultivating Master's Degree Talents in Public Administration——Analysis Based on 18 Master's Training Units in Public Administration in Shanghai
The professional degree postgraduate education is the focus of the current reform and development of postgraduate education,postgraduate education in public administration is an important part of postgraduate education with professional degrees,it is still faced with difficulties such as light theoretical application of curriculum setting,single teaching form,insufficient condensation of characteristics,and poor implementation of the"double tutor system".This paper selects 18 training units for master's degree in public administration in Shanghai as the research object,combined with questionnaires and field interviews,systematic analysis of the current situation of training talents with master's degree in public administration.On this basis,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions for talent training from the aspects of building a diversified practical teaching model,promoting the application of full-case teaching,condensing the characteristics of talent training by relying on the advantages of disciplines and location,and implementing the"double tutor system"throughout the whole process.
