在新工科背景下,环境工程专业高素质人才培养面临更高要求和挑战。为提高环境工程专业人才培养质量,满足学生个性化发展需求,切实提升大学生创新和实践能力,该文探讨了在地方本科院校施行本科生导师制的成效。从三个阶段、三个层次、三个角度构建一个全方位、多层次本科生培养体系,实现兼具专业理论知识、实践操作技能和踏实勤勉精神的高素质人才培养。实施结果显示:当前导师制能够较好地实现"教学相长",有助于提升学生实践创新能力。实行导师制培养的学生综合素质更高,从而能够更好地服务和助力区域经济发展。
Exploration and Thinking of Undergraduate Tutorial System in the Cultivation of Environmental Engineering Talents in Local Universities
In the context of the new engineering discipline,the high-quality talent cultivation in the field of environmental engineering faces higher requirements and challenges.In order to improve the quality of talent cultivation in environmental engineering,meet the individual development needs of students,and effectively enhance the innovation and practical abilities of college students,the effectiveness of implementing the undergraduate mentorship system in local undergraduate colleges has been explored.A comprehensive and multi-level undergraduate education system is constructed from three stages,three levels,and three perspectives to achieve the cultivation of high-quality talents who possess theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and a solid work ethic.The implementation results show that the current mentorship system can effectively promote mutual growth between teaching and learning,and help enhance students'practical and innovative abilities.Students who undergo mentorship education have higher comprehensive qualities,thereby enabling them to better serve and contribute to regional economic development.
