实践是培养大学生创新思维和创新能力的有效方式之一。该文针对地方院校材料类专业学生创新能力不足的问题,提出了基于"竞赛+项目"实践活动提高学生创新能力的新培养模式。经过5年的探索与实施,在"创新作品竞赛和大创项目"实践活动中获得了多项优秀成果。学生积极参与"竞赛+项目"实践活动,通过"发现—分析—解决"问题,显著提高了创新能力。基于"竞赛+项目"实践活动的创新能力培养模式满足创新人才成长发展的需求,可为地方本科院校创新人才培养提供借鉴和参考。
Training Mode Construction of Improving Students'Innovation Ability Based on the Practical Activity of"Competition+Project"——Take Material Major as an Example
Practice activity is one of the effective ways to cultivate college students'innovative thinking and innovative ability.In view of the problem of insufficient innovation ability of materials majoring students in local colleges and universities,a new training mode of improving students'innovation ability based on the practical activities of"competition+project"is proposed.Exploration and implementation after 5 years,we won a number of excellent results in the practice activities of"Innovative Works Competition and Innovation Project".In the process of actively participating in the"competition and project"practical activity,students significantly improve their innovation ability through discovery problems,analysis problems+solving problems.The training mode of innovation ability based on the"competition+project"practical activities can meet the needs of the growth and development of innovative talents,and can provide reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in local undergraduate univer-sities.
