教—赛—创"三位一体"的"双创"人才培养模式及环境建设

为贯彻党的二十大会议精神，推动大学生创新创业教育普及化、常态化，提升高校人才培养质量，激发学生创新创业意识，新时期大学生创新创业大赛已成为高校人才培养的主要平台之一。该文以大学生创新创业大赛模式为切入点，构建了"教中融赛、赛中强能、创中促研"的教—赛—创"三位一体"的"双创"人才培养模式，形成了"课堂—竞赛—孵化"的人才培养实践体系，在此基础上，探索了高校"双创"教育生态环境的建设，为应用型本科高校人才培养提出了新的方向。
Teaching-Competition-Creation"Trinity""Double-Creative"Talents Training Mode and Environmental Construction
In order to study and implement the spirit of the 20th Congress of the Communist Party of China,promote the popularization and normalization of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education,improve the quality of college students'training,and stimulate students'awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,college students'innovation and entre-preneurship competition in the new era has become one of the main platforms for college students'training.Taking the mode of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship competition as the breakthrough point,this study has constructed a"teach-ing-competition,strengthening ability through competition,and promoting research through innovation"dual-creative talent training mode.A"classroom-competition-incubation"talent training practice system has been formed.On this basis,the construction of"double innovation"education ecological environment in colleges and universities has been explored,which puts forward a new innovative direction for talent training in application-oriented undergraduate universities.
