Practice and Exploration of the New Agricultural Economic Management Talent Training Mode of Guangxi Open University under the Background of Rural Revitalization
In the traditional agricultural production mode,agricultural economic management talents are mainly engaged in basic agricultural production,lacking the necessary knowledge and skills for modern agricultural management and management.In the context of rural revitalization,the need for rural economic construction has a more urgent demand for rural talents.Therefore,in order to adapt to the development needs of agricultural economy in the new era,the training of new agricultural economic management talents has become an inevitable requirement of agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.This study aims to explore the new training mode of agricultural economic management talents adapted to the current rural revitalization.On the basis of the adult higher education of Guangxi Open University,it focuses on the principles and implementation process of the new agricultural economic management talents training,so as to make contributions to promoting agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.
