Exploration of the Construction of Evaluation Index System for Professional Groups in Vocational Colleges Based on the Integration of Industry and Education
This article explores the construction of an evaluation index system for professional groups in vocational colleges,mainly focusing on the integration of industry and education.The focus is on four specific aspects:professional settings,resource allocation,implementation process,and achievement performance.Mainly studied the construction method and evaluation situation of the evaluation index system for professional groups in vocational colleges,and provided specific optimization suggestions.By establishing a comprehensive evaluation system,we can achieve a deep integration between the professional groups of higher education institutions and industry demands,ensure talent cultivation and market demand alignment,and play a positive role in improving the comprehensive level of higher vocational education in China.
