Research on the Training Plan for Primary School Education Professional Talents under the Background of Teacher Education Professional Certification
Primary education is an important stage of compulsory education,and the training program for professional talents in primary education is a key factor in ensuring the quality of education.This article summarizes the problems in the current talent cultivation plan for primary education majors,explores how to develop and improve the talent cultivation plan for primary education majors in the context of teacher training certification,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies.After research,it was found that the training plan for primary education professionals needs to focus on practical teaching,innovative educational concepts,and improving the quality of the teaching staff.This study can provide useful reference for improving the quality of primary education professional talent training and adapting to the needs of educational reform.
