Optimization of the Comprehensive Quality Training Path for Energy and Power Talents in the Context of New Engineering—Analysis Based on AGIL
The AGIL model is a theoretical model proposed by American sociologist Tarcott Parsons, mainly used to analyze the structure and function of social systems. The adaptation function, goal attainment function, integration function, and latency pattern maintenance function of this model play an important role in the development of social systems.Based on the perspective of the AGIL model, the comprehensive quality training of energy and power talents can be regarded as a functional system to adapt to the development needs of new engineering disciplines. Therefore, based on AGIL's discovery of problems such as insufficient adaptability, lack of goal achievement, poor ability to integrate resources, and ineffective maintenance, optimization measures are proposed for talent cultivation paths,in order to enhance the comprehensive quality of energy and power talents in universities from multiple dimensions and channels, and cultivate new talents for the development of higher engineering education.
