Study on the Construction Path of the"Double Teacher"Teaching Team in Agricultural Vocational Colleges under the Background of Improving Quality and Training Excellence
Improving the"dual teacher"quality of vocational college teachers is an inevitable requirement for the reform of"three education"in vocational education,and it is also an important content of the implementation of the action plan for improving the quality and excellence of vocational education.Agricultural vocational colleges are the important base of cultivating technical and skilled talents required for the development of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers.The construction of a"dual teacher"teaching team is the key to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.This study explores the new conno-tation of the action plan for improving quality and excellence in endowing agricultural vocational colleges with the ability of"dual teacher",andlyzes the difficulties faced by the"dual teacher"team in agricultural vocational colleges,and proposes strategies for building the"dual teacher"team in agricultural vocational colleges from three aspects,providing some reference for further promoting the construction of the"dual teacher"team in agricultural vocational colleges in the new stage.
