Research on Optimization Strategies for Vocational College Preschool Education Internship
To improve the quality of internship in current vocational college preschool education majors.This article suggests that vocational colleges to enhance curriculum design,optimize internship programs,improve pre-job training quality,review internship organizations'qualifications strictly,enhance supervision quality,and establish clear evaluation standards.Additionally,interns should strengthen their professional responsibility,enhance their professional literacy,develop a strong professional identity,and strengthen their self-reflection.Internship organizations should improve pre-job training systems,value interns and interests,and offer objective evaluations of their performance.
