中文摘要：课程体系是开展现代学徒制教学的基础，是确保学徒培养质量的关键因素。该文主要分析了现代学徒制培养模式下课程体系重构的必要性，并以江苏农牧科技职业学院药品质量与安全专业为例，从"一体两翼三段三岗"人才培养模式的构建、基于岗位工作过程的现代学徒制课程体系重构以及"双导师"师资队伍建设等方面阐述了现代学徒制课程体系的实施过程和实施保障，并总结了现代学徒制人才培养模式取得的成效。

外文摘要：Curriculum system is the basis of modern apprenticeship teaching and the key factor to ensure the quality of apprenticeship training.This paper mainly analyzes the necessity of curriculum system reconstruction under the modern appren-ticeship training model,and takes the drug quality and safety major of Jiangsu Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Technology Vocational College as an example.This paper expounds the implementation process and guarantee of the modern apprenticeship curriculum system from the aspects of the construction of the talent training model of"one body,two wings,three sections and three posts",the reconstruction of the modern apprenticeship curriculum system based on the post working process and the construction of the teaching staff of"double tutor",and summarizes the achievements of the talent training model of modern apprenticeship.
