Analysis of Training Strategies for Infant Care Professional in Vocational Colleges under the Background of High-Quality Development
The training of infant care professional is the key element of building a high-quality childcare service system.Vocational colleges shoulder the heavy responsibility of training high-quality childcare professionals,and should focus on solving the problems of incomplete curriculum system,insufficient energy of professional teachers and low professional identity of students in the training of childcare professionals.Relying on the positive policy orientation of the state to promote the high-quality devel-opment of the childcare service system,with practice-oriented and career-oriented training of students'high post competence as the core,this paper puts forward some strategies for the cultivation of nursing professionals from the aspects of constructing curriculum system,enabling the development of professional teachers,and improving students'professional identity,so as to provide some references for promoting the high-quality development of nursing professionals training in higher vocational colleges.
