新工科背景下地方高校应用型土木人才培养探索与实践

地方高校土木工程专业应根据其人才培养定位及肩负任务的实际情况,确定适应产业转型升级及新工科建设需求的人才培养模式,以提高所培养的土木工程专业人才的竞争力。该文通过对土木工程专业人才培养现状的分析,构建了基于校企协同育人模式的人才培养机制,通过多方协同、结合行业需求和发展趋势,构建了基于新工科的应用型土木工程专业人才培养模式。通过实践检验,人才培养模式对土木工程专业应用型人才培养的促进作用显著,极大地降低了用人单位人才再教育成本,提升了人才培养质量。
Exploration and Practice of Training Applied Civil Talents in Local Universities under the Background of Emerging Engineering Education
According to the actual situation of their talent training orientation and tasks,the civil engineering major of local colleges and universities should formulate a talent training model that adapts to the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading and new engineering construction,so as to improve the competitiveness and professional viability of the trained civil engineering professionals in the society.Based on the analysis of the current situation of civil engineering professional talent training,this paper constructs a talent training system and mechanism based on the school-enterprise collaborative education model,and constructs an applied civil engineering professional talent training model based on new engineering through multi-party collaboration combined with industry needs and development trends.Through practical testing,the above-mentioned talent training model greatly promotes the cultivation of applied talents in civil engineering,greatly reduces the cost of talent re-education of employers,and improves the quality of talent training.
