Application of MDT+CBL Teaching Mode in Undergraduate Teaching of Pathology
Objective Exploring the application and effectiveness of multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment (MDT) combined with case-based learning (CBL) in pathology teaching.Methods Randomly divide the five-year clinical medicine students from Xiangya Medical College,Central South University in 2019 into MDT combined with CBL teaching group and traditional teaching group.Compare the exam scores of two groups of students and investigate the evaluation of the course by the experimental group of students.Results The average final score of the experimental group students (91.2±4.5 points) was significantly higher than that of the control group (84.0±15.8 points) (P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of this teaching activity reached 100%,with 92.3% and 80.8% of students believing that this teaching model can improve their learning interest and classroom participation awareness.Conclusion The teaching of MDT+CBL is beneficial for cultivating students'clinical thinking,effectively improving the quality of pathology teaching,promoting the integration of theory with practice,and meeting the needs of talent cultivation.
