Reform Practice of School-Enterprise Collaborative Teaching of New Retail Specialty Course in Applied Colleges and Universities——Case Study of Category Management Course
The gradual popularization of new retail mode puts forward higher requirements for the training of new retail talents in applied colleges and universities. The core course of category management is selected as the research object,and the school-enterprise collaborative teaching mode is deeply explored and analyzed. Firstly,this paper systematically expounds the theoretical framework of school-enterprise collaborative teaching from the educational perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,the multiple benefits and challenges of collaborative teaching,and the specific demand for professionals in the field of new retail. Further,this study gives an overview of category management courses,and proposes a set of targeted school-enterprise collabo-rative teaching reform strategies,including strengthening the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,timely updating the course content to reflect the latest trends of the industry,emphasizing the implementation of practical teaching,and empha-sizing the importance of establishing an effective feedback mechanism to ensure the teaching effect. These initiatives will help meet the challenges brought about by the development of new retail and cultivate new retail talents who are more adaptable to market needs.
