Research on the Optimization Path of Talent Training Model in Academy System in Universities
The educational model of academy system in universities provides a new path for promoting the comprehensive development of students,innovating student management systems,and talent cultivation systems. In order to better promote the reform of the academy based talent cultivation model in universities and improve the quality of talent cultivation,this paper analyzes the main problems of the academy based talent cultivation model in the new era from the perspectives of teacher and student cognition,departmental responsibilities,cultural construction,etc.,and proposes targeted improvement paths,providing reference for optimizing the academy based talent cultivation model and promoting the practical application of the academy based talent cultivation model.
