The effective integration of the skill master studio and the teachers teaching innovation team,utilizing the team training model to promote teaching reform and innovation,can improve the quality of talent cultivation. This paper introduces the method and research of the integration construction of skill master workshop and the teachers teaching innovation team:through the integration of resources and talent,the establishment of skills master studio,to provide professional training and guidance for teachers,promote the in-depth cooperation between the skills master workshop and teachers teaching innovation team,and jointly carry out the teaching innovation projects research.
