Research on Modern Apprenticeship Talent Training Strategies under the Background of Intelligent Manufacturing
This article explores the talent cultivation strategies of modern apprenticeship system under the background of intelligent manufacturing. By analyzing the origin and development of apprenticeship system,as well as the impact of intelligent manufacturing on traditional apprenticeship system,modern apprenticeship talent cultivation strategies such as closely following the development of intelligent manufacturing technology,interdisciplinary training,implementing academic mentor system,personalized learning plans,constructing school enterprise joint teaching and research rooms and school enterprise collaborative development curriculum system are proposed to meet the demand for composite talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
