Exploration of the Reform of Talent Training Model for Art and Design Majors in Vocational Colleges Based on the Background of"Integration of Specialization and Innovation"
This study explores the deep reform and exploration of the talent cultivation mode of art and design majors in vocational colleges under the background of"integration of specialization and creativity". Firstly,the importance of the talent cultivation mode of art and design innovation and entrepreneurship is discussed,and then the challenges faced by"integration of specialization and creativity"in art and design majors in vocational colleges are analyzed in depth. Finally,the reform of the talent cultivation mode of"integration of specialization and creativity"in art and design majors in vocational colleges is proposed. Through the model of"integration of specialization and creativity",the comprehensive quality of students has been significantly improved,and the all-round progress of academic research and practical skills has been promoted.
