Research on Instructional Design of Chinese Materia Medica-Related Course Based on OBE Concept
This study aims to explore the application of outcome-based education (OBE) philosophy to Chinese materia medica-related course teaching reforms. Chinese materia medica-related courses,focused on the goal of"quality of traditional Chinese medicine"and guided by learning outcomes,using reverse teaching design of"citing cases,analyzing phenomena,effec-tively bridging knowledge points,summarizing knowledge objectives,extending cases and achieving competency goals"by many teaching methods like case teaching and heuristic teaching,cultivate students'self-directed learning ability. The practice shows that the instructional design and teaching assessment based on OBE concept could cultivate students'comprehensive abilities of "knowledge,skills and quality"to the maximum.
