Factors Affecting the Implementation Quality of"College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program"and Optimization Management Strategies
The college students innovation and entrepreneurship training program(referred to as the"da chuang project")is an important support for enhancing college students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities and achieving high-quality talent cultivation goals.However,as the number of innovation projects increases,the quality of implementation varies.Based on a questionnaire survey,this article identifies four factors that affect the implementation quality of large innovation projects through factor analysis and correlation analysis,namely project investment,self-motivation,project management,and training experience.In doer to continuously improve project quality,it is necessary to strengthen process management,stimulate internal and external motivation,and establish a supporting training system.
