地方高校工科学生"双创"实践教育改革路径探索——以河北某大学新能源材料与器件专业为例

目前,我国地方高校创新创业教育过程中还存在着对实践教育重视不够的问题.该文以河北某大学新能源材料与器件专业学生为例,针对地方高校工科学生开展"双创"实践教育进行探索与实践,分析地方高校"双创"实践教育的现状,总结地方高校工科"双创"教育存在的共性问题与根源,提出解决思路,并进行改革实践.通过贯穿大学四年的个性化教育,组建本科生创新创业团队,由具有博士学历的教师作为团队指导教师,可以显著提高学生的创新创业能力,进而提高"双创"实践教育的质量.
Exploring the Reform Path of"Innovation and Entrepreneurship"Practical Education for Engineering Students in Local Universities—Taking the New Energy Materials and Devices Major of a University in Hebei as an Example
At present,there is still a problem of insufficient emphasis on practical education in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities in China.This article takes students majoring in new energy materials and devices from a certain university in Hebei as an example to explore and practice how to carry out"innovation and entrepreneur-ship"practical education for engineering students in local universities.The current situation of"innovation and entrepreneurship"practical education in local universities was analyzed,and the common problems and root causes of engineering"innovation and entrepreneurship"education in local universities were summarized.Solutions were proposed,and reform practices were carried out.Through personalized education throughout the four years of university,establishing an undergraduate innovation and entrepre-neurship team,with young doctoral teachers as team mentors,can significantly improve students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,thereby improving the quality of"innovation and entrepreneurship"practical education.
