Development and Utilization of Industry Characteristic University Alumni Resources Based on Innovation and Entrepreneurship
Industry characteristic universities are a special type of university in China,and the characteristics of alumni in industry characteristic universities is different from that of ordinary comprehensive universities.The industry characteristic alumni resources of universities and the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education at their alma maters have the charac-teristics of closeness of knowledge and emotions,effectiveness of experience transmission,reciprocity of cooperation channels,and guarantee of entrepreneurial funds.From the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship,the alumni resources of industry-spe-cific universities have unique endowments.Based on this,the development of alumni resources should explore paths from macro policy analysis,alumni emotional maintenance,alumni cultural construction,cooperation platform construction,and benefit sharing mechanisms.
