人力资源管理教学改革与人才培养创新研究

大学专业课程的质量是影响人才培养质量的关键因素之一,但当前教学改革项目存在难以落地、学生参与度低等一系列问题.该文结合数字化教学技术的特点,引入项目式教学、沙盘模拟、竞赛社团、"雨课堂"平台等解决这些问题的新途径,成为推动教学改革突破困境的有力工具,同时,结合数字化教学改革的成功案例,探索数字化技术赋能教学改革的多条路径,形成完整的数字化教学改革方案,创新人才培养机制,对于南京工业大学深化教学改革和提升人才培育质量具有重要意义.
Research on Innovation of Human Resource Management Teaching Reform and Talent Training
The quality of university courses is one of the key factors affecting the quality of personnel training,but there are still a series of problems in the current teaching reform projects,such as difficulty in landing and low participation of students.Combining with the characteristics of digital teaching technology,this paper introduces project-based teaching,sand table simulation,competition clubs,and"rain class"platform to provide a new way to solve these problems,and becomes a powerful tool to promote teaching reform to break through the dilemma.At the same time,combining the successful cases of digital education reform,exploring multiple paths of digital technology-enabled teaching reform,forming a complete digital teaching reform plan,and innovating talent training mechanism are of great significance for Nanjing University of Technology to deepen teaching reform and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
