Exploration for the Cultivating Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents under the Background of Industry-Academia-Research Collaboration—Taking Bioengineering in Jiangsu University of Science and Technology as an Example
The collaborative education of industry,academia and research provides new ideas for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the new era.Based on national education policies and the positioning of talent cultivation in schools,this article takes the Biotechnology major of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology as an example to analyze the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation under the background of industry university research collaborative education.It also analyzes the problems in the process of biotechnology talent cultivation and explores the practice and exploration of talent cultivation in industry university research collaborative innovation.This provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the cultivation of biotechnology talents under the development of new quality productivity.
