In the context of the rapid development of the digital economy,enhancing students'research and innovation capabilities is an important topic for local universities to adapt to the new era and new business development.In order to enhance the scientific research innovation ability of business students in local universities,this article employs methods like discov-ery-based teaching and exploratory teaching.We also analyze the current situation of scientific research capabilities of business students in local universities,and proposes plans and mechanisms that focus on scientific research orientation,build diversified teaching resources,and teach students according to their aptitude.It provides theoretical and practical references for the cultivation of new business talents in local universities.
