Research on the Capability Dimension Structure of Digital Economy Talents in the New Era—From the Perspective of Iceberg Model
In the era of deep integration between the digital economy and the real economy,the development of the digital economy has become a national strategy.But the cultivation of digital economy talents is still in the initial exploration stage.What kind of ability dimension structure should universities cultivate for digital economy talents,in order to improve the quality of digital economy talent supply and respond to the demand gap of digital economy talents in the new era.This article constructs a digital economy talent ability dimension model based on the iceberg model,and comprehensively uses enterprise research and expert interviews to explore the ability dimension structure of digital economy talents in the new era.It designs a talent ability dimension structure framework that includes 6 primary dimensions and 14 secondary dimensions,providing new ideas for the cultivation of digital economy talents in the new era.
