食品科学与工程是一门实践性很强的多学科交叉的应用型专业,其适应食品产业升级和结构调整,培养的学生除掌握食品科学与工程领域的基本知识和基本技能,还掌握从事食品或相关产品的科学研究、技术开发、工程设计、生产管理、品质控制、产品销售、检验检疫等实际工作的技能,成为具有一定创新能力、创业能力和实践能力的应用型、复合型的高级工程技术人才,以适应不断变化的市场需求和科技进步。
Exploration and Practice of Cultivating the Practical Innovation Ability of College Students—Taking Food Science and Engineering as an Example
The food science and engineering is a highly practical and interdisciplinary applied major.In order to adapt to the upgrading and structural adjustment of the food industry,students should not only master the basic knowledge and skills in the field of food science and engineering,but also possess practical skills in scientific research,technological development,engineering design,production management,quality control,product sales,inspection and quarantine,and other related work related to food or related products,to become an applied and composite senior engineering and technical talent with certain innovation,entrepre-neurial and practical abilities,in order to adapt to constantly changing market demands and technological progress.
