基于模块化的工业机器人实验室建设与管理

在工业机器人应用需求日益增强的情况下,高校工业机器人实验室不仅教学需求增加,同时科研需求也在增加。该文针对高校工业机器人实验室在教研活动中的功能转换,提出基于模块化的实验室建设与管理:在实验室建设方面,以工业机器人为中心,另有应用场景、PLC与触屏、其他设备3个主要模块,各模块采用便于拆装的机械或电气设计;在实验室管理方面,由实验室负责人协调课程教师与项目教师,进行以模块化为基础的教学及项目管理;同时由学生协助模块维护,建立由课程学生到项目学生再到协管成员的梯级管理体系。通过模块化建设与管理,可根据不同需求进行模块组合,提高实验室使用的灵活性,促进相关工业机器人教研工作的开展。
Construction and Management of Industrial Robot Laboratory Based on Modularization
In the case of increasing demand for industrial robot applications,industrial robot laboratories in universities not only increase the demand for teaching,but also increase the demand for scientific research.Aiming at the function conversion of industrial robot laboratory in teaching and research activities in universities,the construction and management of the laboratory based on modularization is proposed.In terms of laboratory construction,the industrial robot is the center,and there are three main modules:application scenarios,PLC and touch screen,and other equipment.Each module adopts mechanical or electrical design so that it is easy to disassemble and assemble.In terms of laboratory management,the lab manager coordinates the course teachers and project teachers to carry out modularized teaching and project management.At the same time,students assist in module maintenance,establishing a hierarchy from course students to project students to assistant members.Through modular construction and management,modules can be combined according to different requirements,improve the flexibility in laboratory use,and promote the development of related industrial robot teaching and research.
