产教融合是深化"双创"教育改革,培养适应产业转型升级和实现高质量发展需要的高素质应用型"双创"人才的根本要求和有效途径.该文针对高职院校"双创"教育存在的主要问题,以"产业需求导向的'双创'能力培养、企业实际问题解决能力提升、专业知识实践应用能力强化"为主线,建立四方协同共同体,搭建六维实践支撑平台,拓展行业交流渠道,优化师资结构,打造优质定向人才培养班,坚持赛创融合,培养学生发现和解决问题的能力,鼓励学生敢闯敢创,旨在培养具有创新创业精神和能力的高素质复合型技术技能人才.
The integration of industry and education is the fundamental requirement and effective way to deepen the reform of"innovation and entrepreneurship"education,cultivate high-quality application-oriented"innovation and entrepreneurship"talents who adapt to the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading and achieve high-quality development.This article focuses on the main problems of"innovation and entrepreneurship"education in vocational colleges,focusing on the cultivation of"in-dustry demand oriented innovation and entrepreneurship ability,improvement of enterprise practical problem-solving ability,and strengthening of professional knowledge practical application ability".It establishes a four party collaborative community,builds a six dimensional practical support platform,expands industry communication channels,optimizes teacher structure,creates high-quality targeted talent training classes,and adheres to the integration of competition and innovation,cultivate students'ability to discover and solve problems,encourage them to be bold and innovative,and aim to cultivate high-quality composite technical skills talents with innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and abilities.
