经管类跨专业综合实训教学是兰州财经大学经管类专业学生获取专业技能并理解现代企业运行逻辑的重要手段之一,是学生综合能力锻炼和提高的重要途径。该文基于CIPP模式(背景、输入、过程和产出),提出跨专业综合实训教学评价体系构建的要求,包括实训岗位规划、课程设计、实训过程跟踪、实训成果回溯等方面。
Analysis on the Evaluation System of Economic and Management Practical Training Teaching Based on CIPP Model—Taking the Interdisciplinary Comprehensive Practical Training(VBSE)Course as an Example
Cross disciplinary comprehensive training teaching in economics and management is one of the important means for students majoring in economics and management in our school to acquire professional skills and understand the logic of modern enterprise operation.It is also an important way for students to exercise and improve their comprehensive abilities.Based on the CIPP model(background,input,process,and output),this article proposes the requirements for constructing a cross disci-plinary comprehensive training teaching evaluation system,including training position planning,course design,training process tracking,and training achievement backtracking.
