国家提出职业教育作为类型教育,要有其独立的发展通道,需要搭建从初级、中级到高级的人才培养体系。该文在"双高"项目背景下以机电一体化技术专业为例,研究"3+2+2"中高本贯通一体化人才培养的课程体系建设及具体实施办法,以高职教育为中心,向下与中职衔接,向上与职业本科对接,探索在人才培养目标、通识课程、专业课程方面的具体对接方式和实施办法,为打通技能人才培养通道提供思路与方法。
Research on the Construction and Implementation of the "3+2+2" Integrated Talent Training Curriculum System for Middle and High School Students
The country proposes that vocational education,as a type of education,should have its own independent devel-opment channels and establish a talent cultivation system from primary,intermediate to advanced levels.This article takes the mechatronics integration technology major as an example to study the curriculum system construction and specific implementation methods of the"3+2+2"integrated talent cultivation for middle and high school undergraduate programs,with vocational education as the center and connecting with secondary vocational education downwards and vocational undergraduate programs upwards,Explore the specific docking methods and implementation methods for talent cultivation goals,general education courses,and professional courses,and provide ideas and methods for opening up channels for skilled talent cultivation.
