Research on the Path of Vocational Teachers Team Construction under the Background of "Double High-Levels Plan"
The"double high-levels plan"puts forward higher requirements for the development of vocational education in the new era from the aspects of professional group construction,double professional team construction,school governance,informa-tization and internationalization development.In this context,vocational colleges need to pay attention to the construction of teach-ers'teaching innovation teams to provide guarantee for the effective implementation of the"double high-levels plan".Based on the analysis and discussion of the connotation and value of the"double high-levels plan",this paper studies and discusses the significance of the construction of teachers'teaching innovation team under the"double high-levels plan"and the optimization path of related work.
