Study on the Demand and Supply of "Double-Carbon" Talents
The implementation of"double-carbon"strategy needs a large number of high-quality"double-carbon"talents.There is a large gap between the talents demand and supply,as is because the strategy is proposed not so long and involved in numerous fields.This work determines the talents involving the type,knowledge structure and ability requirements through analyzing the concept of strategy,task goal and path.Then the training path that strengthening the training of college talents,promoting the self-growth of enterprise talents and promoting the training of socialized talents is put forward.
